All cartons for DDP shipments must not display any importer names and should have the actual buyer's company name removed from the FBA labels. We kindly ask all clients to verify that there are no names from your company or the buyers on the cartons intended for shipment. Failure to comply may result in customs clearance issues, preventing DDP shipping from being processed under our name.

Once we generate the Amazon labels, there's no need to rush sending the label files to the suppliers. Instead, we can use technical means to remove the importer information before sharing the files with them.
